General Changes and Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue which was causing Resistances to grant far more mitigation than intended. All Resistances will now mitigate the correct amount of damage.
• Fixed an issue which would sometimes cause Public Quests to drop a Minor Loot Bag instead of a Massive Loot Bag

Realm vs. Realm

• Fixed an issue where the Available Scenario list would not properly activate during the Captured stage of a City Siege.

User Interface

• Reduced the volume of the sound effect players hear when interacting or performing actions in game.
